1.Acceptance

By creating an account or using ScheduleSky (schedulesky.com), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2.The service

ScheduleSky is a third-party Bluesky post scheduler. It lets you connect Bluesky accounts, draft posts, upload media, and schedule or immediately publish content to Bluesky.

We are not affiliated with Bluesky PBLLC. Your relationship with Bluesky is governed by their own terms and policies.

3.Your account

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use the service.
Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

4.Connected Bluesky accounts

You may connect Bluesky accounts using OAuth or an app password. You represent that you have the right to connect each account and to publish content through it.

Revoking access on Bluesky may cause scheduled posts to fail until you reconnect.

5.Your content

You retain ownership of the text and media you upload. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit that content solely to provide the service (including sending it to Bluesky at the scheduled time).

You are solely responsible for the content you publish. It must comply with Bluesky's rules and applicable law. We do not pre-moderate your posts but may suspend access if we receive valid legal requests or detect abuse of our platform.

6.Subscriptions and billing

Free and paid plans may be offered. Paid subscriptions are processed by Paddle. Prices, features, and limits are shown on the subscription page at the time of purchase.

We offer a full refund within 30 days for qualifying requests via Manage subscription (Paddle portal) or the contact form. See our Refund Policy.
We may change pricing for future billing periods with reasonable notice.

7.Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the service for spam, harassment, illegal activity, or content that violates third-party rights.
Attempt to bypass rate limits, scrape the service, or interfere with other users.
Reverse engineer, overload, or attack our infrastructure.
Connect accounts you do not own or are not authorized to manage.
Upload malware or content designed to harm systems or users.

8.Availability

We aim for reliable scheduling and publishing but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Failures may occur due to Bluesky outages, API changes, maintenance, or factors outside our control.

Scheduled posts are delivered on a best-effort basis. Check failed posts in your dashboard and retry when appropriate.

9.Liability

The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost followers, revenue, or data on third-party networks. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or zero if you use a free plan.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10.Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if required by law.

Upon termination, we will delete or anonymize your data according to our Privacy Policy, subject to legal retention requirements.

11.Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.

Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
